The Home Improvement Company is proud to deliver worldwide. We operate dedicated country stores for Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with international shipping available to most other countries on request. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery times vary by destination country and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. As a general guide, deliveries to major markets typically arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Remote or rural addresses may require additional time.

Express Delivery

Expedited delivery options are available on many country stores. Where available, express options and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Please note that express delivery guarantees a faster dispatch, but delivery times may still be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing.

International Orders

International deliveries to countries outside our dedicated store regions may take 7–21 business days depending on location. Customs clearance procedures in the destination country can affect delivery times. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any applicable offers will be displayed in your cart and at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders delivered to countries outside the selling country may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged or faulty). In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage or fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion, including covering return shipping costs where required.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We process orders quickly, and cancellation is only possible before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item following our standard returns process.
